K.O. Club is a martial arts fitness gym in Aurora, Ontario. We specialize in boxing, kickboxing and strength & conditioning to help you reach your fitness goals. Our Packages

Free Trial

Free 2 Classes
  • Free 2 session | During your free trial we will review your goals and assess experience and fitness level.
  • We will teach you the basic moves of boxing and kickboxing and guide you through a no-contact beginner level class. After your trial, you’ll be hooked.
  • Gloves and wraps available to borrow for all free trial clients.

Adult K.O. Membership

$240+tax / month
  • 180+tax ONE YEAR contract membership l 3 Months contract membership price for 210+tax.
  • With the Adult K.O. membership, you will have unlimited access to all of our Adult K.O. Classes. Our champion coaches will assess your goals, experience and fitness level and work with you to achieve your true potential.

Youth K.O. Membership

$150+tax / month
  • 3 month commitment at least required. there is an option for 6 month and 9 month with lower price. With the Youth K.O. membership, you will have THREE SESSION PER WEEK access to all of our Youth K.O. Classes. ages 5-12. Youth participants ages 12-16 can participate in TEEN K.O. classes TWICE a week for the same price as kids. ask coaches to find out differences.
  • Youth K.O. members must have their own gloves and wraps (Youth K.O. Club starter kit available for purchase). also for sparring classes must have Mouth guard and head gear and insured with Boxing Ontario membership.

In your first class, one of our coaches will be focused on teaching you the basic moves of
boxing/kickboxing. You will complete a workout based on your individual fitness and experience
level. Our trainers will supervise you to ensure proper form.

Our programs involve kickboxing, boxing, weightlifting and cardio. Our program is
designed to help you achieve your goals, gain confidence, and find your inner fighter. We will bring
you to your highest potential.

Our core values that we strive to instill in our youth clients are: discipline, respect,
perseverance, and confidence. They will learn rules and technique of boxing and kickboxing while
having fun.

No problem! Our trainers are highly experienced and can modify your training to suit your individual needs.

Yes, everyone starts somewhere! We will assess your ability and cater the workout based on your needs. Together we will work to achieve your goals.

Consistency is key! Consistent workouts + Consistent healthy habits = results. Every person

Will K.O. Club be different?
o Answer: At K.O. Club we aren’t focused on the weight on the scale. It is important to focus on your
body composition. The best way to track your progress is with before and after photos. You might
be losing fat while gaining muscle. That may contribute to not seeing a change on the scale. Work
with us to build a plan tailored to your specific goals.

o Answer: Optimising your health is a holistic process! Getting enough sleep, proper nutrition, and
the right exercise program are all important parts in becoming the healthiest version of yourself.
