K.O. Club Classes

Adult K.O.

Suited for beginner to advanced levels. In this class you will learn the technical fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing along with strength and condition training. This is a no contact class. This exciting class will be sure to raise your heart rate! This class is ideal for those interested in losing fat, building muscle, and learning a fun sport while gaining new skills.

Youth (5-14)

These classes are focused on cardio training along with boxing and kickboxing techniques that build a solid foundation. We will work to instill our core values of discipline, respect, perseverance, and confidence in your children. This class is suited for kids interested in either recreational sport or competition. Through each season students will be able to advance to next belt.

K.O. Ultimate Personal Training Experience

Get ready for the ultimate K.O. Club experience! Our champion coaches will work one-on-one with you to reach your goals. Get special instruction to improve your technique and stance in a program tailored to your personal needs. Whether you are interested in losing weight, gaining muscle, or competing, the extra care and attention will be sure to accelerate any goals you have.
